During the first round of qualifying I was able to qualify 2nd behind Loran Whiting. In the second round I would run into an issue, but Nick Lefebvre would have a great run in the 1/8 class and finish second for the round. In the third round I had a good run going but made a few mistakes and finished third and second overall going into the mains. In 1/8th Nick Lefebvre would finish 1st in the final qualifier and 4th overall going into the mains.

In the mains, 1/10th sedan was up first. I would start second right behind Loran. During the first few minutes Loran and I had a decent gap over the field. Right before the first pit stop Loran had a little bit of a problem getting through lap traffic and I was able to make the pass and never look back as Loran ran into more problems later on.

In the 1/8th main Nick Lefebvre would start fourth and move up to first very fast. Unfortunately around the 8 minute mark he had some mechanical issues that required 2 lengthy pit stops for repair. We would fix it and get him back going, but after the long stops it dropped him to 6th, where he would finish the race.
